eToro, the trading and investment platform, has named Inès de Dinechin as Special Adviser for its operations in France.

Dinechin will collaborate closely with eToro’s management team and the local French team led by Emmanuel Sackman to support the company’s growth strategy.

Dinechin brings a wealth of experience from her career, having served on the Board of Directors at Quintet Private Bank in various significant roles including Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Investment Committee.

She also served on the Board of Directors at Bank of America Europe DAC, enhancing her financial acumen as a member of the Audit Committee.

Previously, she was the Chairwoman at Scope Group, an ESMA regulated entity, where she played a pivotal role as a member of the Audit Committee.

Additionally, she has provided insights and guidance as an Advisor to RYSE: Le label de la finance inclusive, a platform dedicated to inclusive finance initiatives.

Dinechin stated, “eToro’s mission of helping retail investors to grow their knowledge and wealth resonates with me.

We share a passion for financial education and the importance of investing for the long-term.

I believe that eToro’s multi-asset product range, exceptional educational resources, and access to global markets provide an incredibly strong proposition.

I am looking forward to working with eToro’s senior management to accelerate the company’s growth in France.”

She joins a roster of global advisers at eToro, including notable figures such as Lord Stanley Fink, Chris Giancarlo, and Salomon Sredni.

In a move to strengthen its presence in Italy, eToro appointed Massimo Citoni as Regional Manager, as reported by Finance Magnates.

Citoni, who initially joined as an Account Manager in 2015, rose to the position of Head of the Italian Desk by 2023.

His focus, according to the company’s website, is on enhancing eToro’s foothold in Italy, encompassing strategic partnerships, marketing, and customer retention.

This initiative aims to enrich the experience for Italian clients and eToro Club members.
